Delivery Information


What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?

Economy delivery is FREE for orders totaling R 1000 or more (except large goods like ReadyMix). Some of our items need specialist delivery and not all options are available on all orders. We'll always offer you the fastest possible options for your order, which will be shown to you at checkout.

When will my order be delivered?

We'll deliver your order by the Estimated Delivery Date provided in your Payment Confirmation email.

You can also track your delivery at any time by selecting the Order Number from your Order History on your Account profile, or by sending an email to Deliver @ Unisales.

This is the most current tracking information we have for your order. If this date changes, we’ll let you know straight away by SMS.

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

It’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout.

To change your delivery address permanently for future orders, you can update your Address Book under your Customer Information in your Account profile here.


Can you split my delivery, sending in-stock items first and the rest later?

On every product page, you can see whether an item is 'in-stock' in our warehouse or if it is 'out of stock', in which case we will do our best to get it in stock as soon as humanly possible.

For the most efficient delivery service, we only have the items that are in stock displayed on the online portal.

What happens if a product is missing from my shipment/delivery?

You will need to submit a request by completing the form below and providing us with your order number. Confirm which item is missing in your shipment received. One of our friendly online shopping assistants will contact you and assist you ASAP


Can I reschedule my delivery?

Your order will arrive by the estimated delivery date provided in your payment confirmation email and we will send you an SMS on the date of delivery so you know when to expect our Courier.

How are Large Goods like ReadyMix delivered?

Large Goods like ReadyMix will be delivered by the Third Party. The site where it will be used needs to be ready and workers available (paid by you, the client) to facilitate the Readymix Placement.

The Third Party will only cart the readymix to the site. All necessary paths must be clear and void of debree and drivable for the ReadyMix trucks. Should this not be the case, all extra costs involved to get the Readymix to the site, will be for the pocket of you, the client, and has to be paid upfront before delivery takes place.
